About Us

I served honorably in the Armed Forces for 34 years, retiring in 2016. During my tenure, I held prestigious positions, including Commandant of RIMC, Dehradun (2004-08), and later served as Principal of a Senior Secondary School in Patna for six years (2016-22). Currently, I am the Group Commander at CSKM Public School, New Delhi.

Adventure has always been a passion of mine. I was a member of the Indian Military Academy's Golden Jubilee Mountaineering Expedition to Mt. Kamet, for which I was awarded the Sena Medal after successfully scaling the summit. I also participated in the First Army Everest Expedition in 1985 and several other challenging mountaineering missions.

My career as an Army officer allowed me to demonstrate leadership and team-building skills in demanding environments. As a trained Interviewing Officer, I have conducted numerous successful Service Selection Board (SSB) classes, focusing on interviews, personality development, and career counseling.

As an educator, I have been an Instructional and Pedagogical Leader, conducting SWOT analyses and capacity development programs for teachers in various schools. I am also a certified CBSE Resource Person, guiding students in SWOT analysis, soft skills, and career planning.

Continuing my journey in learning and development, I am now an internationally certified Soft Skills Trainer and Facilitative Trainer. I deliver impactful talks and sessions on leadership, communication, team building, positive thinking, growth mindset, negotiation skills, and more.

As a LinkedIn Top Voice, I engage daily with my audience, sharing insights on leadership and personal development. I also actively write and connect with audiences across other social media platforms, inspiring individuals to reach their full potential.
